- In Filing History, click the filed return that shows a refund.
- Click Record Refund Receipt.
- Enter Received on, choose the bank under Into bank account, and check the Amount (AED).

What MAJA does for you
- Posts Dr your bank / Cr 2310 and records the amount received on the filing. The working shows the refund received and any refund still due.
Good to know
- You cannot record more than the refund still due.
- If you recorded it by mistake, click ↩ Reverse Receipt. MAJA posts the reversal today and the refund shows as due again.
- If you do not record a receipt, the refund stays on 2310 and is offset against your next payable return when you file it.
