Change your name, phone, e-mail or password

Steps — name and phone

1. Click your initials in the round button at the top right.
2. Click My profile.
3. Edit Full name and Phone.
4. Click Save.

Steps — sign-in e-mail

1. In My profile, type the new address in Sign-in e-mail.
2. Click Change and confirm.
3. Open the confirmation e-mail sent to the new address to finish. The change takes effect once it is confirmed.

Steps — password

1. In My profile, under Password, type your Current password.
2. Type the New password — 8 characters or more.
3. Click Change password.

Good to know

• Where you are signed in lists every device signed in as you (the one you are on is marked this device, two-step sign-ins are marked). A device you do not recognise: press End the other sessions — every session but this one is ended — then change your password.
• Sign-in history (the last 30 days, or a year) shows your sign-ins with their address, your password and two-step changes, and — in amber — every time MAJA support looked at your company, with the consent you gave.
• A name is required.
• If the current password is wrong, MAJA says The current password is not right and nothing changes.
• If two-step sign-in is on, MAJA asks for your authenticator code before it changes the password.
