Print, download or e-mail an invoice

Steps

1. Open MAJA Books and click Sales in the left menu, then Invoices.
2. Click the invoice to open it.
3. To print: click PDF/Print. For a file, open the arrow next to it and choose Download PDF. The same menu has Print Delivery Note and Print Packing Slip.
4. To send: click the arrow next to Share and choose one of: - Share — hands the PDF to your device's share sheet (where the browser supports sharing files). - Send Email — downloads the PDF and opens your own e-mail program with the customer's address, subject and message filled in. Attach the downloaded PDF and send. - Send to WhatsApp — downloads the PDF and opens WhatsApp with the customer's number and message filled in. - Send via MAJA — MAJA sends the e-mail for you.
5. If you chose Send via MAJA, check To *, add Cc if needed, edit Subject and Message, then click Send with PDF.
6. To see what was sent, choose Email History from the same menu.

What MAJA does for you

• The PDF is built from the saved invoice and named after its number.
• With Send via MAJA the PDF is generated and attached automatically, and replies go to your company e-mail.

Good to know

• A web page cannot attach a file to your own mail program, so Send Email downloads the PDF first and you drag it into the message.
• Send to WhatsApp needs a mobile or phone number on the customer; without one MAJA says No mobile or phone saved for this customer.
• If the browser cannot share files, Share downloads the PDF instead.
• The same Share and PDF/Print buttons appear on proforma invoices, sales orders, credit notes, bills, receipts and statements.
