Set your company name, TRN, address, emirate and logo

Quick answerIn MAJA Books click Settings → Organisation, fill Company Name, TRN, Trade Licence Number, Emirate, Address, Phone and Email, upload your logo under Company Logo, and click Save Organisation — these details print on every invoice and document.

Steps

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu. The Organisation tab opens.
  2. Under Company Identity, enter the Company Name (required) and the TRN (Tax Registration Number).
  3. Set your VAT registration in the VAT box if you are registered (see the VAT registration article).
  4. Optionally enter the Corporate tax registration number and the WPS details.
  5. Enter the Trade Licence Number and choose the Emirate.
  6. Fill the Address, Phone, Email, Website and Industry.
  7. Click Save Organisation.

Add or change the logo

  1. Under Company Logo, click Upload Logo.
  2. Choose a PNG or JPG file under 2 MB.
  3. MAJA saves it at once and shows it in the preview. Click Remove to take it off all documents.

What MAJA does for you

  • Your company details print on invoices, proformas, orders, notes, bills and statements.
  • The logo is resized for documents and appears on invoices and all printed documents straight away.
  • The Emirate is used for the VAT return's emirate split when an invoice has no place of supply.

Good to know

  • WPS fields can stay empty for a new company. A wrong value is refused: the MOHRE establishment ID is 13 digits, the bank's WPS routing code 9 digits, and the IBAN AE plus 21 characters.
