What MAJA does for you

  • The vendor becomes available on bills, LPOs, import orders, expenses, payments and debit notes.
  • On a bill, MAJA uses the vendor's treatment and location to hint how VAT applies — for example that a foreign supplier's services need reverse charge.
  • Clicking the vendor's name opens Overview, Transactions, Statement and Imports tabs.

Good to know

  • VAT Registered and VAT Registered — Designated Zone need a TRN of exactly 15 digits; a non-registered treatment must have the TRN left empty.
  • A foreign supplier can be saved with Non GCC and no TRN.
  • Every expense must name a vendor, so add the shops and service providers you pay regularly.
