Set invoice terms, payment days and the PDF template
Quick answerIn MAJA Books go to Settings → Invoices, set the Default Invoice Payment Terms (days), the Terms & Conditions and a Custom Box (for example your bank details), pick a PDF Template and Accent Colour, and click Save Invoice Settings.
Steps
- Click Settings, then the Invoices tab.
- Enter the Default Invoice Payment Terms (days).
- Type your Terms & Conditions. They print on every invoice and can be changed on a single invoice.
- For a box of your own, enter the Custom Box — Heading (for example "Bank Account") and the Custom Box — Content (bank, IBAN, account name, or delivery terms).
- Under PDF Template, click a design: classic, modern, minimal, bold, royal, emerald, crimson, sunset, graphite or ocean.
- Pick an Accent Colour.
- Click Save Invoice Settings.
What MAJA does for you
- New invoices pick up the defaults automatically.
- The template and colour apply to invoices, proforma, orders, notes and bills.
Good to know
- The default tax rate is not set here: it is governed by the versioned rules in Settings → Compliance.
