Invite a user and give them a role
Quick answerIn MAJA Books go to Settings → Users & Roles, click Invite a user, enter their E-mail and name, choose a Role, and click Make the invitation — MAJA makes a link you send by WhatsApp or e-mail; it works for that address, once, within 14 days.
Steps
- Click Settings in the left menu, then the Users & Roles tab. (You can also click your initials at the top right and choose Users & roles.)
- Under Members, click Invite a user.
- Enter their Full name and E-mail.
- Under Role, choose one. Accountant is selected to start with.
- Click Make the invitation.
- In the next window, click Copy, Share on WhatsApp or Send by e-mail.
What MAJA does for you
- Lists the invitation under Invitations waiting with its role and expiry date.
- When the person opens the link and signs up (or signs in) with that e-mail address, they land in your company in that role.
Good to know
- A link is good for 14 days and joins one e-mail address, once.
- To send the link again, click Link on the invitation. To cancel it, click Withdraw — the link stops working at once.
- Only a role that manages users can open this page.
