What MAJA does for you

  • A delivery challan is not a tax document: saving it posts no journal and does not move stock.
  • When the pre-filled invoice saves, the challan is marked Invoiced. If you cancel the invoice, the challan stays as it was.

Good to know

  • Stock leaves inventory when the invoice is saved, not when the challan is dispatched.
  • A challan that is already invoiced cannot be converted again.
  • Use PDF/Print on the challan to print it for the driver.
