Export a report to PDF or Excel (CSV)
Quick answerIn MAJA Books open the report under Reports, then click PDF/Print to print, use the arrow beside it for Download PDF, or click Export CSV for a file that opens in Excel.
Steps
- Click Reports and open the report.
- Set the period and any filters first — the export follows what is on the screen.
- To print, click PDF/Print.
- To save a PDF, click the arrow beside PDF/Print and choose Download PDF.
- For a spreadsheet, click Export CSV.
What MAJA does for you
- The PDF carries your company header, the report title, the period, any filters applied, repeated column headings and page numbers; wide reports print landscape.
- The CSV is saved with the report's name and today's date and opens correctly in Excel (UTF-8). Figures are written as numbers, and any filters are noted at the top.
- On the VAT Audit File (FTA FAF) page, Export CSV downloads the FAF itself.
Good to know
- There is no separate .xlsx export for reports; use Export CSV and open it in Excel.
- If there is no table on the screen, MAJA says Nothing to export.
- Exporting needs a role with export rights on that report family.
