Print table QR codes for guests to order from their phones

Before you start

• Tables are set up. The QR link uses the address in Digital receipt link (Setup → Store & receipt), or the till's own address when that is blank.

Steps

1. In Setup → Store & receipt, choose Ordering from the table — the QR menu and the table tablet: - Guests order; their lines wait for the till's approval (Approve → kitchen) - Guests order; their lines go to the kitchen at once - Menu only — guests read, the waiter takes the order
2. Click Save store.
3. In the Tables list of Setup, tap QR on a table. A card with the table name, "Scan to see the menu and order" and the QR code prints.
4. Stick the card on the table. Repeat for each table.

What the guest does

1. Scans the code. The menu opens with the table name.
2. Taps dishes (and add-ons), then My order and Send my order. The first time they are asked how many are at the table.
3. Can tap Call the waiter or Ask for the bill at any time.

What MAJA does for you

• Opens the table's order on the floor and sends the lines to the kitchen, or holds them for Approve → kitchen on the till.
• Shows waiter calls and bill requests on the floor, on the order bar ("Waiter called — answer", "Bill asked — answer") and on the waiter pad. Tap it to mark it answered.
• Prices follow the till's menu, including meal-period prices, and dishes taken off the menu disappear.

Good to know

• Payment is still taken at the till.
• With Menu only, the guest sees "Ordering from the table is off here — please call the waiter" when tapping a dish.
