View POS reports and the audit log

Steps — reports

1. Open MAJA Books, click MAJA POS in the left menu, then POS reports.
2. Choose the report in the list, for example Sales by day, Sales by hour of day, Sales by item, Sales by item group, Sales by cashier, Sales by till, Takings by payment method, Margins by item, Refunds & cancellations by cashier, Cash differences by cashier, Sold below zero stock, Store credits outstanding or Offers given.
3. Set the dates, or click Today or This month. With several stores, pick the store.
4. Click CSV to download the figures.

Steps — audit log

1. In MAJA POS, click Audit log.
2. Set the dates (or Today), choose an action in All actions, or type in the search box.
3. Click CSV to download it.

What MAJA does for you

• Builds the reports from the receipts themselves; figures are VAT-exclusive unless the column says otherwise.
• Other reports cover platform statements, the credit book, menu profit, platform orders, loyalty points, gift cards and vouchers, and card payments by the machine or by hand.
• The audit log records sign-ins and refused PINs, sales and refunds, cancellations, no-sale drawer opens, cash moves, approvals, handovers, and shift opens and closes.
