Print, reprint or send a receipt by WhatsApp or e-mail

Steps — right after the sale

1. When the payment finishes, the receipt screen shows the receipt number.
2. Tap Print (or Print again if it printed by itself) for paper, or Send for a digital copy.

Steps — any sale from today

1. On Home tap Receipts. The list Receipts today shows this till's sales and refunds.
2. Tap the printer icon on a row to reprint it. A reprint is marked COPY.
3. Tap the send icon to open the send sheet.

Steps — sending

1. On the send sheet, check the WhatsApp number (filled from the customer when known) and tap WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with the receipt link.
2. Or type the E-mail and tap E-mail. MAJA sends the receipt with a PDF attached.
3. Or tap Copy link and paste it anywhere.

What MAJA does for you

• Every receipt has its own private link (the /r/… page). The QR code printed on the paper opens the same page, where the customer can print it, save it as PDF or share it on WhatsApp.
• Receipts print in Arabic and English, or one of them, by the Receipt language store setting, with the receipt header and footer from Setup → Store & receipt.
• A sale to a customer with a TRN prints as a full tax invoice; other sales print as a simplified tax invoice (or a receipt when the company is not VAT registered).

Good to know

• If the browser blocks the WhatsApp window you see "The browser blocked the WhatsApp window — allow pop-ups for this site".
• If MAJA's mail sending is not available, your own mail program opens with the link instead and the till tells you so.
• Turn automatic printing on or off with Print the receipt as soon as the sale is paid in Setup → Store & receipt.
• The list also shows whether each sale is sent, "waiting to send", or refused by the server.
