Set up your own online ordering page and self-order kiosk

Steps — the online ordering page

1. Open MAJA Books, click MAJA POS in the left menu, then Platforms.
2. Scroll to the card for your own online ordering page. Each store has a row with its link and QR code.
3. Click Switch on (or Settings once on).
4. Tick On, then Pickup and/or Delivery.
5. For delivery, set the Delivery fee · AED, Smallest delivery · AED (0 = any) and Delivery areas.
6. Set Ready in about · minutes, Hours (in words) and an optional note.
7. Tick Auto-accept if every order should go to the kitchen the moment it arrives.
8. Click Save.
9. Click Copy the link to share it (WhatsApp, Instagram, maps) or Print a sign for a QR poster.

Steps — the self-order kiosk

1. In the same settings tick Self-order kiosk and, if you like, add a line for its screen. Click Save.
2. Copy the kiosk link shown under the store and open it full screen on the tablet at the counter.
3. The customer orders alone and gets a number to pay at the counter.
4. On the till, the sale screen shows a KIOSK strip of orders waiting to pay. Tap one to take the payment; the kitchen cooks after the payment. ✕ cancels an order nobody paid for.

What happens with an online order

• The customer chooses pickup or delivery, orders from the menu at the till's prices, and gives a name and phone (and address for delivery).
• The order appears at the till in Deliveries to accept (unless auto-accept is on). The customer follows its progress on the page and can cancel while it still waits.
• The customer pays at the counter or to the driver, cash or card. No payment is taken online.

Good to know

• With the page on, pickup or delivery must be on: "With the page on, pickup or delivery (or both) must be on".
• The delivery fee is added as the store's delivery charge line (set the charge item in the till's Setup → Store & receipt).
