Print the bill and take payment for a table

Steps

1. On the floor tap the table to open its order.
2. Make sure nothing is left to send. The bill cannot print while there are new lines: "Send the new lines to the kitchen first".
3. Tap Bill in the bar above the buttons. The bill prints and the table turns purple (billed).
4. When the guests pay, tap PAY.
5. Take the payment as usual (cash, card, split) and finish.
6. Tap Back to the tables.

What MAJA does for you

• Adds the service charge and fee lines when the store has them on for table orders.
• Closes the order with the receipt and frees the table on every till and waiter phone.
• Settles a bill that a waiter asked for from the waiter pad the same way.

Good to know

• To add more after billing, tap Table → Reopen (add more). Bill again reprints.
• If a guest asked for the bill from the table QR menu, the bar shows "Bill asked — answer"; tap it to mark it answered.
• "Nothing left on this order to pay" appears when every line was cancelled; cancel the order instead.
