Enter your company's WPS details (MOHRE ID and bank routing code)
Quick answerIn MAJA Books go to Settings → Organisation, fill the Wage Protection System (WPS) card — the 13-digit MOHRE establishment ID, the salary bank, the bank's 9-digit WPS routing code and the company IBAN — and click Save Organisation; MAJA Payroll's WPS export page then shows them as set.
Steps
- Open MAJA Books and click Settings in the left menu.
- Stay on the Organisation tab.
- In the Wage Protection System (WPS) — the bank file card, enter the MOHRE establishment ID (13 digits) from your labour establishment card.
- Choose your Salary bank.
- Enter the WPS routing code of the bank (9 digits) — your bank gives you this.
- Enter the Company IBAN (salary account).
- Click Save Organisation.
What MAJA does for you
- The SIF file uses the MOHRE ID and routing code in its control line and in the file name.
- In MAJA Payroll, Payroll → WPS export shows these four values, or "— not set" in red.
Good to know
- A new company can leave all four empty; the bank file says what is missing when you ask for it.
- A value typed wrong (not 13 or 9 digits, or not a UAE IBAN) is refused.
- Each employee also needs an IBAN, a bank routing code and a labour card number — see Add an employee.
