Set up your company in four steps (the setup checklist)
Quick answerOn MAJA Home the card "Set up your company — 4 steps, 10 minutes" lists your company details, your products, your bank account and your team; each step opens the right screen, ticks itself when done, and the card disappears when all four are complete.
Steps
- Your company details — click Open Organisation and enter the company name, emirate, address and TRN (if you are VAT-registered).
- Your products — click the products you will use (MAJA Books, MAJA Payroll, MAJA POS) and click Save.
- Your bank account — click Open Banking and add the account your customers pay into.
- Invite your team — click Open Users & roles and invite an accountant, a cashier or a payroll officer with a role.
Good to know
- Each step is judged from your company's real data, so it ticks itself as soon as the thing is done — from Home or from Books.
- Skip for now hides the card in this browser; it comes back in another browser until all four are done.
