Reset a forgotten password
Quick answerOn majabooks.com/signin click Forgot password?, enter your email and click Send reset link; open the link in the email, type a new password twice and click Save new password, then sign in.
Steps
- Go to majabooks.com/signin and click Forgot password?.
- Under Reset your password, type your Email address and click Send reset link.
- Open the email from MAJA and click the link. It opens MAJA with Set new password.
- Type the new password in New password and again in Confirm password (at least 8 characters).
- Click Save new password, then sign in with it.
Good to know
- MAJA always says the link was sent, whether or not the address has an account — so nobody can test which emails are registered.
- A link that has expired shows "That reset link has expired" — request a new one.
- Can't remember which email you used? Click Can't remember your email? — the owner of your company can see the address you were invited with in Settings → Users & Roles.
