Use MAJA Home — your products, team and plan in one place

Quick answerMAJA Home (majabooks.com/hub) is where you land after signing in: it shows your company, the MAJA products your role opens (Books, Payroll, POS), the admin shortcuts (Users & roles, Organisation, Plan & trial, My profile) and quick actions such as New invoice and Run payroll.

Steps

  1. Sign in — you land on MAJA Home. You can also open it any time from the app switcher (the grid button at the top right of MAJA Books or MAJA Payroll) → MAJA Home.
  2. Under Your products, click Open on MAJA Books, MAJA Payroll or MAJA POS.
  3. Under Admin, open Users & roles, Organisation, Plan & trial or My profile — each opens the right screen in MAJA Books directly.
  4. Under Quick actions, start a New invoice, New bill, the VAT return, Run payroll or Open the till.

Good to know

  • Each product card shows one live figure — open invoices, active employees or tills.
  • A payroll clerk sees only Payroll; an accountant sees Books — Home follows the role your admin gave you.
