How the 15-day free trial works — and how to extend it

Steps

1. During the trial a band under the top bar says how many days are left, for example "Your trial ends in 12 days — choose a plan or ask for 15 more days."
2. To extend, the owner clicks Extend 15 days in that band and confirms.

What MAJA does for you

• Adds 15 days from today (or from the old end date if it is later) and tells you the new end date.
• The extension can be used once by the owner. For more time, write to support@majabooks.com.

Good to know

• MAJA may ask the owner to verify a mobile number before the extension: type the number with its country code, a 6-digit code arrives by SMS within a minute (it works for 10 minutes, three codes an hour, five tries), type it, and the extension goes through. The verified number is kept on your profile.
• The band turns amber in the last five days.
• During the trial your company runs on the Suite Growth limits (10 users, 50 employees, 3 tills).
• The days left on your trial are added to your first paid period when you choose a plan.
