What happens when the trial or a plan ends

Quick answerWhen a trial or a paid plan ends, MAJA becomes read-only: every report, document and export stays open, but new postings are paused until you choose or renew a plan. Your data is kept — MAJA never deletes it for a missed payment.

What you see

  • A red band: "Your trial has ended — choose a plan to continue posting. Your data is safe; every report still opens."
  • Saving a document shows the same words and nothing is sent.

What still works

  • Every list, report and document opens, prints and exports.

How to continue

  1. The owner clicks Choose a plan (or Renew — Plan & billing) in the band.
  2. Picks a plan and asks for it — see "Choose a plan and pay by bank transfer".

Good to know

  • A paid plan gets 7 days of grace after its end date before posting pauses.
  • MAJA keeps your data for at least 90 days after posting pauses, and tells you before anything is ever removed.
